The two leading international culinary competitions are returning as part of FOODEX 2026, April 15–18, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, bringing together top chefs, pastry artists, and students from around the world. This is a world-class professional platform where contestants can showcase their skills, exchange cultures, and celebrate the art of gastronomy, with a focus on excellence, creativity, and sustainable growth in the food and beverage industry.
