On the morning of March 19, Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025 took place at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (ICE) as part of the Food & Hospitality Hanoi event.

The event seeks to honor the best chefs, restaurants, and food products in Asia and recognize their vital contributions to elevating the status of Asian cuisine on the international stage. Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025 is more than just an awards ceremony; it provides professionals with opportunities to connect, exchange insights, learn, share experiences, find inspiration, and discover the latest trends. This program also fosters innovation, improves service quality, and highlights the essence of Vietnamese cuisine while seeking future culinary ambassadors

At the Award Ceremony, Mr. La Quoc Khanh, Vice President—General Secretary of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA) and jury representative for the honor program, expressed his gratitude for attending the event and emphasized the importance of cuisine in connecting culture and people. He also expressed confidence that the awards would be presented to deserving individuals and groups based on the jury's impartial evaluation.

Ms. Annie Tran, a representative from Informa Markets, was honored to attend the event and emphasized the strong growth of the F&B industry in Vietnam.
