The two leading international culinary competitions are returning as part of FOODEX 2026, April 15–18, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, bringing together top chefs, pastry artists, and students from around the world.

WORLD IAC SINGAPORE WITH CHEFS' HEART BORDER
Chef Judy Koh, President of WORLD IAC Singapore, embodies compassion and dedication through her remarkable initiative. Her project aims to support children in Nepal by organizing an annual bakery class that brings together chefs to teach baking and other culinary skills.
INTERNATIONAL CONTEST IN INDIA
The event takes place in India from 15th December to 18th December 2025, featuring a series of culinary events, including cake competitions and chef awards, supported by Kaninika Mehta, President - WORLD IAC India.

From November 1 to November 4, 2025, Vietnam affirmed its position on the world culinary map by achieving a resounding victory at the 2025 Culinary Olympic competition held in Arezzo, Italy. With the participation of more than 12 countries, the Vietnamese team not only brought glory to the nation but also showcased the talent and creativity of Vietnamese chefs.
