Soon, there will be an exclusive event for all IAC Sri Lanka members, the 5 Gold Stars of Kitchen Sri Lanka! Partners in Sri Lanka are invited to submit their recipes, which will be assessed by a panel of culinary and baking experts.

The professionalism of the Sri Lankan President is evident in his daily commitment to selecting associates within his territory, in accordance with the IAC's disciplinary guidelines. These guidelines enhance, support, and promote the chef profession, ensuring the esteemed reputation and value of the Sri Lankan culinary and baking industry globally, while respecting local traditions. They also contribute to research, protection, training, and promotion of Sri Lankan culinary and baking professionals.

The 5 Gold Stars of Kitchen Sri Lanka! The trophy is awarded annually to cooks and chefs who distinguish themselves by contributing to the global spread of high-quality culinary and bakery products. The coveted award is a source of pride for the entire category.

The 5 Gold Stars of Kitchen award holds immense value in the global culinary scene. Each application is submitted in detail to the IAC commission, chaired by the president. Candidates must meet the discipline's requirements. Once the commission has reviewed the submitted documentation, it will provide the candidate with a response.
