We are pleased to announce that starting in 2025, Chef Tran Le Thanh Thien will officially assume the presidency of the World Independent Association in Asia. Chef Tran Le Thanh Thien will support Asian countries and take pride in representing them while bringing global culinary values. An exclusive event showcasing the 5-Gold Star Kitchen in Asian culinary and baking will soon be held for all IAC Asia country members!


Our partners in Asia can participate by submitting a panel of restaurant industry experts who will assess the expertise of their peers. The professionalism demonstrated by the Asian president in his daily efforts to select profiles of associates within his territory aligns with IAC's disciplinary values, highlighting the importance of chefs and helping to uphold the esteemed reputation of Asian cuisine and baking, along with the local customs of various Asian countries. This initiative contributes to the research, protection, training, and promotion of professionals in the culinary and baking arts across Asia and the broader food and wine sector. Engage daily in researching, protecting, and promoting high-quality food and wine products that carry brand certification and represent excellence on a global scale.
