Soon, there will be an exclusive event for all IAC Taiwan members, the 5 Gold Stars of Kitchen Taiwan! Partners in Taiwan are invited to submit their recipes, which a panel of culinary and baking experts will assess.
The professionalism of the Taiwan president is evident in his daily efforts to select associate profiles within her territory, adhering to the IAC Disciplinary guidelines. These guidelines value, support, and endorse the category of chefs to ensure the esteemed reputation and value of Taiwan's Bakery and Pastry as a culinary industry on a global scale while respecting local customs. Contribution to the research, protection, training, and promotion of Taiwan’s culinary and bakery art professionals.
5 Gold Stars of The Kitchen Taiwan!
The trophy is awarded to cooks and chefs who annually distinguish themselves by contributing to spreading good culinary or bakery products worldwide. The coveted award is a source of pride for the entire category. The 5 Golden Stars of Kitchen award holds immense value in Asia and the global culinary scene. Each application is submitted in detail to the IAC commission, chaired by the president. Candidates must meet the discipline's requirements. Once the commission has reviewed the submitted documentation, it will provide the candidate with a response.
