The publication consists of a compilation of 33 authentic Vietnamese macrobiotic vegetarian recipes, meticulously assembled by the author, Tran Le Thanh Thien, with the purpose of promoting a green and sustainable lifestyle within the Vietnamese culinary community.

The event serves not only as a platform to present the book but also as a significant exchange, wherein attendees are granted the opportunity to enjoy dishes derived from the recipes included within it. This book was inspired by the principles of green cuisine, aimed not only at improving community health but also at celebrating local specialties.

Each recipe transcends mere culinary preparation, unfolding as a narrative that reflects Vietnamese culture. Importantly, the book features a QR code intended to demonstrate the preparation methods through videos, thereby providing readers with an immersive experience.
