Who We Are
Our mission is to build a global network of Professional Chefs—a professional association where Cooks, Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Pizza Makers, and Junior Chefs can meet to share ideas and passions, discover new ingredients, exceptional companies, and cutting-edge technologies.
Through the events and congresses we organize, professional chefs, pastry chefs, pizza makers, and junior chefs will be able to engage with WORLD IAC, our partner companies, and colleagues. In days of connection, exchange, and collaboration, they will receive tailored training and information to enhance their knowledge and skills.
